A Kannin Limited (AKL) was born out of a vision for progress. Founded over 50 years ago by the Paramount Chief of the Manso Nkwanta traditional area, our roots lie in constructing the very roads that opened up the Ashanti Region’s rich natural resources to the world.

From those early beginnings, we built a reputation for quality and reliability. Our public sector work laid the foundation for Ghana’s modern infrastructure. Driven by our leader’s commitment to empowering his people, AKL recognized the opportunity to transition our expertise into the mining sector.

In 2016, we secured our first mining support contract with Asanko Gold. From haul road construction to load and haul operations, we’ve proven ourselves a valuable partner in the heart of Ghana’s mining industry. Guided by our legacy and our deep connection to this land, we are more than just a service provider – we are stakeholders in building a sustainable future for Ghana.
